Returns Policy for Bump & Bloom
At Bump & Bloom, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of your original purchase date, under the following conditions:
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Returns for incorrect sizing will be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. However, for faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we will cover the return delivery costs.
- Final Sale Items: These items are non-returnable unless faulty, and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Return to Sender: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Proof of Postage: We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping proof of postage until your return is confirmed as received. Bump & Bloom is not responsible for lost returns.
Returns Process
Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Once Bump & Bloom receives your return:
- Follow your return tracking details to monitor delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 4 business days and issued in the form of store credit or, if applicable, to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately and cannot be refunded later.
- If you paid via card, funds may take 5-7 business days to process. AfterPay users will receive an email regarding their account adjustment.
- You will be notified once your refund is processed.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit, then place a new order as desired.
